Summary
This early-stage study tests a new medicine called MY006 for peanut allergy. The goal is to see if it is safe and can prevent severe allergic reactions from accidental peanut exposure. The study involves healthy adults first, then adults and teens with peanut allergy. Participants receive either the study drug or a placebo as a shot, and later some will eat peanut in a controlled setting to check for reactions.
