Summary
This study watches 100 adults with severe pulmonary embolism (blood clots in the lungs) who are having a procedure to remove the clots. The goal is to learn when and why patients become unstable (like having very low blood pressure or trouble breathing) during the procedure. By understanding these risks, doctors hope to make the procedure safer and improve patient outcomes.
