Summary

This study tested two different drug combinations given before surgery to prevent post-dural puncture headache (PDPH) in 50 patients who had experienced this headache before. One group received aminophylline with acetaminophen, the other aminophylline with dexamethasone. The goal was to see which combo better reduced the number and severity of headaches after spinal anesthesia.
