Better training for lifesaving skill: can new method make emergency intubations safer?

NCT ID NCT07146984

Summary

This study compares two training methods for emergency medicine residents learning how to place breathing tubes. Researchers are testing whether a structured training program called PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) helps residents perform this critical procedure more successfully on the first try and with fewer complications than traditional training. The study involves 100 residents and measures success rates, procedure time, and training satisfaction.
