This study looks at whether giving a PCSK9 inhibitor (alirocumab) soon after a heart attack can help save more heart muscle. About 160 adults having a specific type of heart attack will either get the drug or standard care. The main goal is to see if the drug improves heart muscle recovery, measured by MRI scans.
