One-Shot knee treatment could ease arthritis pain for years

Summary
This study tests a single injection of an experimental drug called PCRX-201 for people with painful knee osteoarthritis. About 135 adults aged 45 to 80 will receive either a low dose, a high dose, or a placebo to see if it is safe and helps reduce pain and improve knee function. Researchers will follow participants for up to 5 years to monitor side effects and long-term benefits.
