Summary
This study tested whether a drug called tildacerfont could safely lower high adrenal hormone levels in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). About 27 women with PCOS and elevated adrenal hormones were given either the study drug or a placebo for several weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug could reduce a specific hormone (DHEAS) and to check for side effects.
