New combo may boost ovulation in PCOS patients with high AMH

Summary
This study looked at 68 women with PCOS and high AMH levels who were trying to get pregnant. One group received standard pretreatment (hormonal pills and metformin) plus myoinositol, while the other got only the standard pretreatment. After three months, both groups took letrozole to stimulate ovulation. The goal was to see if adding myoinositol improved ovarian response and ovulation rates.
