Can natural supplements boost PCOS treatment?

Summary
This study is testing whether adding the supplements quercetin or alpha lipoic acid to the standard medication metformin works better for women with PCOS. Over three months, 150 participants will take either metformin alone or metformin with one of the supplements. Researchers will measure changes in hormone levels, blood sugar, cholesterol, and quality of life to see which combination is most helpful.
