Summary
This study compares three different treatments to help women with PCOS get more regular periods. Researchers are testing whether progesterone pills or a natural supplement called inositol work as well as standard birth control pills. The study involves 150 women with PCOS who will try one of these treatments for six months to see which best regulates their menstrual cycles.
