Summary
This study tested whether combining two fertility drugs (letrozole and clomid) works better than letrozole alone for women with PCOS who did not ovulate after standard treatment. 42 women aged 20-40 took part. The goal was to see which approach led to more mature eggs and thicker uterine lining, measured by ultrasound.
