New hope for PCOS? Two-Drug combo tested to boost fertility

NCT ID NCT07255911

Summary

This study is testing if adding the drug cabergoline to the standard fertility drug letrozole helps women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) ovulate more effectively. Researchers will compare the two-drug combination against letrozole alone in 72 women trying to conceive. Participants will be monitored over three menstrual cycles to see which treatment leads to better ovulation rates and fewer side effects.
