NCT ID NCT07462065
Summary
This study is testing whether adding the medication pioglitazone to the standard fertility drug clomiphene citrate helps women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) get pregnant. Researchers will compare ovulation rates and pregnancy success between two groups of about 62 women. One group gets clomiphene plus a placebo, and the other gets clomiphene plus pioglitazone, followed by a standard insemination procedure.
