First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study compares two fertility treatments for women with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). The SAIGON protocol uses a gentle egg-maturation method with a fresh embryo transfer, while standard IVF uses frozen embryos. The goal is to see which approach leads to more live births with fewer risks. About 600 women will participate to find the safest and most effective option.
