Can a gentle fast and a mineral tame PCOS?
NCT ID NCT07322120
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific diet plan combined with magnesium supplements can help improve health markers in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). Researchers will compare two groups of 46 women over 8 weeks to see if the diet and supplement combo improves cholesterol, reduces body-wide inflammation, and lowers oxidative stress better than the diet alone. The goal is to find a sustainable lifestyle approach to better manage PCOS-related health risks.
