Summary

This pilot study tests a computer program that helps doctors choose the best combination of diabetes medications for people with type 2 diabetes who use insulin. The study will include 18 adults with type 2 diabetes and high blood sugar levels. The goal is to see if the software improves blood sugar control and is easy for doctors to use.
