Summary
This study looks at whether a special microscope on a thin probe (pCLE) can find early stomach cancer more accurately than the usual biopsy method. Researchers will review past cases from 169 patients who had both tests before surgery. The goal is to see which technique misses fewer cancers and better identifies healthy tissue.
