This study looked at whether photobiomodulation therapy (a type of light therapy) can improve muscle performance in female futsal players. Fifteen athletes completed leg exercises after receiving different doses of light or a placebo. The goal was to see if the therapy could help them do more reps, jump higher, or feel less tired.
