Summary

This study is a long-term follow-up to test the safety and effectiveness of the drug saroglitazar magnesium in people with primary biliary cholangitis (PBC), a chronic liver disease. It is open to 150 adults who successfully completed the first part of the research. The main goals are to see if the drug continues to be safe and helps control liver damage, reduce symptoms like itching, and prevent serious liver complications over a longer period.
