This study tests whether daily at-home weight monitoring can help people with ATTR cardiac amyloidosis avoid hospital stays for heart failure. Participants will weigh themselves each day, and a doctor will call if fluid buildup is detected. The goal is to see if this simple approach reduces emergency visits and deaths compared to standard care alone.
