Summary
This study tests a new training program called PATH designed to reduce burnout and improve job satisfaction among peer recovery support specialists who provide harm reduction services. About 100 participants who work at recovery or harm reduction organizations will take part in virtual education and group consultation sessions. The goal is to see if the program helps workers feel better and deliver higher-quality services.
