New program aims to help seniors age better and stay active

Summary
This study tests a 14-week program called Pathway to Healthy Aging (Path-HA) for older adults (60+) who have at least two risk factors for faster aging, like poor physical function or loneliness. About 1000 participants will either join the program or receive no special care. The goal is to see if the program improves quality of life, strength, balance, and mobility.
