NCT ID NCT07315906
First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study looked at how a single session of different physiotherapy techniques—like massage, heat, or exercise—affects the patellar tendon area in healthy young adults. 84 volunteers were split into four groups, and researchers measured skin temperature, muscle strength, flexibility, and pulse rate before and after treatment. The goal was to understand the immediate effects of these common therapies, not to treat a disease.
