Scientists test quick fixes for knee tendons
NCT ID NCT07315906
Summary
This study looked at how different physical therapy methods affect the knee tendon right after treatment. Researchers tested massage, heat application, and leg exercises on 84 healthy young adults to see immediate changes in temperature, strength, and flexibility. The goal was to understand which approach works best in the first hour after treatment to help guide future therapy decisions.
