Summary
This study tests a program called PASEO that helps teenagers living with HIV in Lima, Peru, move from pediatric to adult HIV care. The program includes a helper who checks in monthly, peer support groups, and mental health referrals. About 160 teens will be randomly assigned to receive the program or standard care, and researchers will track how many stay in care and keep the virus under control over two years.
