Summary
This early-phase study tests an experimental drug called PAS-004 in about 48 adults with advanced solid tumors that have certain gene mutations (RAS, NF1, or RAF). The main goal is to find a safe dose and understand side effects. Participants take the drug by mouth daily for up to 2 years, with regular check-ups to monitor their health.
