Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral drug, PAS-004, in about 48 adults with advanced solid tumors that have certain gene mutations (RAS, NF1, or RAF). The main goals are to find a safe dose and understand side effects. Participants take PAS-004 daily for up to 2 years, with regular check-ups to monitor their health and the drug's effects.
