Tracking a sound wave treatment for shaky hands

Summary
This study is a long-term registry for people who have already received a specific, FDA-approved ultrasound procedure to treat severe hand tremor caused by Parkinson's disease. The goal is to collect safety and effectiveness data for up to five years after the treatment. Researchers will track any side effects and how well the tremor is controlled over time.
