Summary
This study is a registry that follows people with tremor-dominant Parkinson's disease who have already chosen to receive a treatment called Exablate thalamotomy. The treatment uses focused ultrasound to target a small area in the brain to reduce tremors. The goal is to collect long-term safety and effectiveness data from 50 participants aged 30 and older.
