Summary
This study tested whether a new medication called DAAOI-P could help people with Parkinson's disease who also have dementia. Researchers enrolled 61 participants to see if the drug could improve walking, thinking skills, and behavioral symptoms. They used brain scans and other tests to understand how the drug might work in the brain.
