Brain zap showdown: which spot works best for Parkinson's?

Summary
This study aims to find out which of two specific brain areas is a better target for deep brain stimulation to improve movement symptoms in people with Parkinson's disease. It will enroll 86 patients who will try both stimulation targets in a random order, with neither the patients nor most doctors knowing which is being used at first. The main goal is to see which target leads to better movement control 90 days after surgery.
