First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether a series of online parenting seminars, called Selected Teen Triple P, can help parents of teenagers ages 13-17 learn new tools to support their teens' development and improve behavior. About 185 parents in Texas will be split into three groups: one that attends seminars with group discussion, one without discussion, and a waitlist group. Researchers will measure parent satisfaction, changes in parenting practices, and teen emotional and behavioral outcomes through surveys.
