Can a 6-Week parenting class boost Kids' emotional health?

Summary
This study tests a program called Tuning in to Kids® that teaches parents how to respond supportively to their children's emotions. About 152 parents of children aged 3-6 in Portugal will either take the program or be placed on a waitlist. Researchers will measure changes in parents' beliefs and reactions to emotions, as well as children's behavior, to see if the program helps.
