Summary

This study tests whether a parenting podcast can improve children's mental health after divorce or separation. About 80 parents will listen to episodes and complete surveys about their child's well-being, parenting, and family conflict. Researchers will compare these families to a waitlist group to see if the podcast makes a difference.
