Texting parents to tame tough transitions
NCT ID NCT06297135
Summary
This small study tested if a new, easy-to-access parent support program works. It sent short educational videos via a popular texting app to teach parents strategies for handling their child's difficult daily transitions, like switching from playtime to homework. The main goal was to see if parents would use and like the program, and if it might help improve parenting habits and reduce stress related to these challenges.
