New bronx program aims to ease pandemic stress for parents

Summary
This study is testing two different support programs to help reduce stress and improve access to healthcare for caregivers in the Bronx. It will enroll 360 parents and caregivers who are experiencing significant stress, including those caring for children with medical conditions and frontline healthcare workers. Participants will try either a group counseling program, a smartphone app for mental health support, or both, to see which approach works best.
