Summary
This study is testing a new toolkit to help parents improve their young child's sleep. It will involve 30 infants and toddlers (ages 0-3) who have trouble falling or staying asleep. Researchers will teach parents strategies and then track the child's sleep patterns and behavior over time to see if the program helps.
