Summary
This study aims to see if a specific parenting program can help reduce stress and improve life for parents of young children with autism. Researchers will compare a 13-week group program called Incredible Years to a shorter, standard three-day workshop. The main goal is to find out which approach better lowers parental stress and improves feelings of competence.
