Summary
This study tests a 6-week virtual group program called Social ABCs for toddlers aged 12-42 months who have early signs of autism or social communication challenges. Parents learn strategies to encourage their child's vocalizations and shared smiles. 120 families are randomly assigned to the program or a general child development group. The goal is to see if the program improves toddler communication and parent skills.
