First seen May 06, 2026 ยท Last updated May 06, 2026
Summary
This study looked at whether doing nature-based activities, like walking barefoot on grass and playing outdoor games, can improve the relationship between parents and children and help kids handle their emotions better. About 100 people from low-income families took part. Half did the nature activities, while the other half did not. Everyone filled out surveys about their well-being and family connections before and after the activities.
