Family fitness: could exercising together be key for kids with autism?
NCT ID NCT07236346
Summary
This study tested whether having parents exercise with their children could help kids with autism become more physically active and improve their motor skills. It involved 40 children with autism, aged 4 to 11, and their parents. The researchers compared groups where parents and kids exercised together to groups where only the kids exercised, and to a control group.
