Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called PARCA that helps people on probation or parole set personal goals, manage resources, and track progress. The study will enroll 50 people under community supervision and their officers, using surveys and interviews to gather feedback.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
PARCA mobile app (behavioral intervention)
What this could lead to
If it works, this could point toward a simple digital tool that helps people on probation start treatment sooner and stay engaged.
What could go wrong
This is a very small, early study (50 people) without a control group. The app may not lead to meaningful changes in treatment initiation or supervision outcomes.
