Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called PARCA, designed to help people on probation or parole set and track personal goals to support their success in the community and manage substance use. Researchers will survey and interview participants to see if the app improves connections with supervision officers and helps people start and stick with treatment. The goal is to see if this digital tool can lead to better health and justice outcomes.
