Summary
This study aimed to see if a paravertebral block (a type of nerve block) reduces pain and hospital stay after open pancreatic surgery compared to no block. Only 2 people took part before the study was stopped. Researchers planned to measure pain scores, complications, and length of stay in the first 48 hours after surgery.
