First seen May 31, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study compares a new, simpler nerve block technique (parasacral ischial plane block) to the standard method for pain control during lower leg surgery. Researchers will measure how fast numbness and muscle relaxation occur in 60 adults aged 18-80. The goal is to see if the new approach is as effective and easier to perform.
