Summary
This study aims to see if training hospital support staff through realistic simulations improves how satisfied patients feel during their hospital stay after discovering a brain tumor. Researchers will compare patient satisfaction surveys from hospitals where staff received this special training to those that did not. The goal is to learn if better communication and support from trained staff makes a difficult experience better for patients.
