Summary
This study is testing if a single 20-minute paraffin wax treatment can provide immediate relief from muscle stiffness and pain for people with carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will compare the effects of the warm wax therapy against a control group that simply rests. The goal is to see if this common therapy can offer quick symptom relief to inform better hand rehabilitation.
