NCT ID NCT07159802

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 40 times

Summary

This study tests three methods to restore the small triangle of gum tissue between teeth that can be lost due to gum disease. The approaches are: injecting hyaluronic acid (a filler), injecting a special blood-derived material (ALB-PRF) that lasts longer, or a small surgical procedure. The trial will enroll 24 adults aged 20-50 with mild to moderate gum disease and measure how well each method rebuilds the gum shape and improves appearance.
