Could a papaya syrup boost platelets in kids with dengue?
NCT ID NCT07172100
Summary
This study is testing whether a syrup made from papaya leaf extract can help children with dengue fever recover their platelet counts faster. Researchers will compare children who get the syrup along with standard care to those who get standard care alone. The goal is to see if the natural extract reduces the need for platelet transfusions or intensive care.
