Summary
This study tests whether papaya leaf extract can raise low platelet counts in children aged 2 to 12 with dengue fever. Half the children will receive the extract plus standard care, while the other half gets standard care alone. Researchers will compare platelet changes and whether fewer children need transfusions or intensive care.
