Summary
This study aims to understand how organ function changes in patients with severe pancreatitis and sepsis after they undergo major surgery to remove dead tissue. Researchers will follow 200 patients, measuring their organ health before surgery and at multiple points during recovery up to one year. The goal is to gather information about recovery patterns and complications to help improve future care.
